2. Products and Availability

All products offered on the webshop are spare parts for CNC machines and machine tools, including bellows, covers, and wipers. We strive to keep all information and stock levels updated, but we cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in EUR or SEK and are exclusive of VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:

• PayPal (for instant checkout)
• Invoice (for approved customers with agreed payment terms)

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to update prices without prior notice.

4. Ordering

To place an order, add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. A binding purchase agreement is made only when we confirm your order.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We offer international shipping.
Delivery time depends on product availability and destination. Most stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or included in your quote.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Business customers: Returns are accepted only upon prior agreement. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

7. Warranty and Claims

Our products are manufactured to meet high industry standards.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or refund according to the nature of the issue.

We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of production, business interruption, or loss of profit.
Our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
